Can you do First Home Builders and Government Incentive Work?
Yes. We are a licensed builder able to conduct work in compliance with the requirements of first home buyers and other government incentive schemes.
How Long Will My Build Take?
Timelines depend on a number of factors. These include the size and scope of the project, inclement weather, time for local council to grant consent, and timely delivery by suppliers.
How long does it take to get council consent?
The time for local council to grant consent varies. Factors include the capacity and efficiency of the local council, high demand periods and backlogs, the complexity of the project, environmental factors, etc.

What warranties and guarantees of your work do you provide?
All registered builders are required to provide a customer guarantee. The minimum requirement of the Governments Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF) is:
5 Years for non-structural defects
3 Years for structural defects.
In addition, we have (unlike many small building companies) Home Warranty Insurance with iCare which protects you for projects over $20,000 in the event that the builder dies or becomes insolvent mid-project.

Any building project involves an investment of your time, finance and energy. It’s important to choose the right builder for your job. It’s a good idea to develop a checklist of criteria by which you can make an informed and objective decision. Important considerations include:
